All card transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store card numbers.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Pay when you receive your package

Available for deliveries within supported areas. A small COD processing fee may apply.

🏦 Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfer

Bank details provided by email after order placement. Orders dispatched after payment confirmation.

Payment Security

All online payments on CarphaCom are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Invoice

A VAT invoice is generated automatically for every order and is available for download from your account dashboard under "Invoices".

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer to your specified account.
