Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return

You may return most products purchased from CarphaCom within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@qubitpage.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier service. Retain the tracking number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned without defect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene or safety reasons)
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items without original packaging

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
