By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• "Platform" – the CarphaCom website at carphacom.com
• "Seller" – Qubit Page Limited, trading as CarphaCom
• "Customer" – any person who places an order or uses the platform
• "Products" – goods listed for sale on the platform
• "Order" – a request submitted by a Customer

3. Account Registration

You may register an account or proceed as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Only persons aged 18 years or older may register. Notify us immediately at contact@qubitpage.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown with applicable taxes. We accept: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery (where available), and bank transfer. All card transactions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. Free shipping applies above the threshold shown at checkout. CarphaCom is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@qubitpage.com. We will reimburse all payments within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions include: sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, custom items, and digital content once download has begun.

8. Warranty

All products carry the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your statutory rights. Contact contact@qubitpage.com with your order number for warranty claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarphaCom shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the property of Qubit Page Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law
