Warranty Policy

1. Statutory Guarantee

All products sold by CarphaCom come with a 2-year statutory legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This guarantee covers defects present at the time of delivery.

2. Commercial Warranty

Many products also include a manufacturer's commercial warranty, the duration of which is specified in the product listing. The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal use failures. It does not replace your statutory rights.

3. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use conditions
  • Non-conformity with the product description

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by the user (drops, impacts, liquid damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts (batteries, fuses) unless defective from manufacture

5. How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact us at contact@qubitpage.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or video demonstrating the defect where possible.
  3. We will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

6. Warranty Processing Time

We aim to process warranty claims within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming the defect.
